Do you ever get confused as to what is available to you in terms of medical aesthetic treatments?
Do you find yourself wondering whether your particular concern can be treated? And if so what treatments?
Are you worried about the thought of starting aesthetic treatments or having injectable treatments such as fillers and botulinum toxin?
Do you worry that people might know? Or that your result might be less than optimal?
If you have answered yes to the above, then rest assured you are not alone!
Quite often, my patients, when they first come to see me, have no idea if their concerns can be addressed. Another common issue is that they are worried that their results will be unnatural and noticeable for the wrong reasons! But please be assured that you are in safe hands!
Every patient that I consult, is assessed on an individual basis. Every single person is unique, with unique concerns and requirements. I do not appoint a “paint by numbers” approach to treatments. You are you; my intention is to keep your individuality and not make you into something that you are not.
I pride myself on taking the time to get to know my patients, to find out what their concerns are, both in terms of why they are seeking treatment and about undergoing treatment. I listen carefully to you, thoroughly assess your problem as part of an overall holistic approach, then together we can decide on a treatment plan.
Now, this treatment plan may include doing nothing! That is always an option, but will vary from treatments that may be topical, such as skin care and bespoke chemical peels to injectable based treatments and energy-based devices. The decision will always be informed and depend on your preferences, budget and time scales. But remember, this is a journey and not a race. It can take time to achieve desired results in a natural way. As I always tell my delegates when teaching and my patients – “The best injectable is undetectable!”
